E2: Phase-Guided Li-FLG Accumulator

A phase-field numerical study of a lithium–few-layer-graphene accumulator concept.

Research question

How does phase guidance affect the simulated accumulator state across repeated cycles and resolution checks?

Method

Experiments E1–E9 use a standard 2048 grid, five seeds, 20 cycles, and selected resolution checks at 1536, 2048, and 4096.

Key results

  • The study reports reproducible numerical behaviour across seeds and selected grid resolutions.
  • Cycling and stability checks are documented within the model.

Limitations

This is not electrochemical cell validation, safety certification, or evidence of deployable storage performance.

This work is a numerical proof-of-concept. It establishes model-level behaviour under the stated assumptions and does not replace independent laboratory validation.
